So the argument is that the Android user base is still small compared with Apple's for the iPhone. Devs would rather work with a base that is large and established vs one that has yet to present strong sales figures. With the Titanium software, we should see faster conversion of applications, which may originally be for iPhone, to Android or vice versa. Thus the cost of developing for each individual platform may be reduced.
