Ever played Rock Band & Guitar Hero only to find out you recognize less than 1/2 the songs in the list? I doubt you'll have that problem with Beatles Rock Band. AND, you can play with your parents generation, boss, etc etc.. (well maybe the younger set might have some trouble..)
From the video, it looks like you get to start from the ground up, playing in clubs, stadiums, moving on to Sgt Pepper's and the Yellow Submarine to the period where the band split! (edit: apparently this only applies to the intro movie, the gameplay itself is pretty Rock Band normal.) And there's harmonizing for multiple vocalists!
