*SPOILER ALERT*
Iron Man 2 was previewed at Comic Con, wherein we can now safely, and quite drool-inducingly say, that Warmachine, in his fully-teched out armed glory, will be included. Scarlett Johansson will be doing most of her own stunts, and Samuel L Jackson's Nick Fury will try to persuade Tony to join up with the team being formed, eventually, in 2012's The Avengers movie!
