Seems, BGR has a contact who feels that, apart from the Motorola Droid, the HTC Droid Eris looks and feels better than the Sprint/HTC Hero, and is "generally the best Android device he's used". See more pictures from the snippet here.
This got me as excited as the HTC Hero did, though with the X10 and Snapdragon-based handsets on the horizon.. is it worth the instant purchase, or would waiting it out be better?
