If there's one tablet I'm keeping tabs on (pun intended), its FusionGarage's JooJoo tablet. It has been delayed and now revealed that some changes have been made including the following:
1) Revised homescreen
2) More intuitive swiping gestures for navigating websites
3) A keyboard that can be moved around the screen (no auto-fill though)
4) Fully working Flash
5) HD video playback
6) Back casing colour change from Black to "Champagne".
Like Engadget, I would like to see a review of this unit, like soon!
Read more and see the new Champagne back colour via Engadget.
Updated:
Here's the list of video formats that the JooJoo supports -
AVI, MPEG-4, MOV, WMV and WMA, FLV (Flash Video), VOB, OGG, OGM and OGV, MKV (Mastroska), DiVX and XViD.
Also, click here for Wired Gadget Lab's take on the JooJoo. And a problem for sustainability (like the iPhone's legacy):
The JooJoo runs its own custom operating system, and it’ll be difficult for Fusion Garage to persuade developers to code apps for a device with a relatively small user base.
